In-person transactions

All transactions happen in person, across the Lower Mainland. During a transaction we may ask to see government-issued photo ID and record basic details (such as your name and ID type) as part of our record-keeping for secondhand goods. This helps deter the sale of stolen devices and protects both of us.

Every device we buy is factory reset. We never access, copy, or keep your personal data, photos, or accounts — we encourage you to remove your accounts and back up your phone before you sell it to us.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. Records we are required to keep for legitimate business or legal reasons may be retained for a limited period.
