The basics

Cash for iPhones Langley is a local Langley, BC business — serving the Lower Mainland — that buys used iPhones and other electronics for cash. By using this website or doing business with us, you agree to these terms. If anything here is unclear, call or text us — we'll explain it in plain language.

This website is informational only

This website describes our business and how to reach us. Nothing on it is a binding offer: we don't publish fixed prices, and we don't complete purchases through the website. Every deal starts with a conversation and is completed in person.

In-person cash transactions

All purchases happen in person across the Lower Mainland and are settled in cash (or another method we agree on at the time). A price quoted by phone or text is always an estimate until we've inspected the device in person — the final offer is made face to face, and you're free to decline it.

ID and proof of ownership

When you sell a device to us, we may require valid government-issued photo ID and may record basic transaction details as part of our secondhand-goods record-keeping. You must own the device you're selling and have the right to sell it. We do not buy devices that are lost, stolen, financed, or activation-locked to someone else's account.

Your data on devices you sell

You are responsible for backing up your data and signing out of your accounts before selling a device. We factory reset every device we buy and never access or retain personal data, but we cannot recover data once a device has been reset.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Any dispute will be handled in British Columbia.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
